Our much vaulted 'Democracy' is under threat
The corrupt process of Indian democracy is, nowadays, an often debated subject. Despite the active participants like Rahul and Sachin brimming with their vigorous youth giving a positive trend, democracy is unlikely to see a smooth way ahead. I don’t think there is any ray of hope at the end of the tunnel.

Only laws cannot control domestic violence
The misuse of anti-dowry laws has led the SC to ask the law commission and law ministry to review these laws. The solution to domestic violence is not draconian laws, but greater awareness and improved functioning of the law enforcement authorities.

300% salary hike not justified for our good-for-nothing MPs
Union cabinet's approval to increase the salaries of all members of the parliament by 300 per cent from Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 50,000 along with other perks and facilities is the most shameful and disgraceful act and will be observed as the black day in the country by its struggling people.
